About the artist

Melker Pansell (b. 2005, Stockholm) creates bold, abstract art infused with hiphop, street culture and raw energy. “I don’t make art to fit in – I make it to take over.” His work draws inspiration from artists like Kendrick Lamar, Childish Gambino and Future, as well as the aesthetics of Stockholm, New York and Berlin. Each painting is designed to command attention, blending power, luxury and emotion in equal measure.
